How does the call work?
In 15 minutes, you tell us what’s outstanding and we explain how we’d get the company caught up and keep it there. There’s nothing to sign and nothing to pay.
You tell us what’s outstanding
Which years are behind and which filings: the federal return, Florida filings, sales tax, payroll and the books. Mention any letter from the IRS or the Florida Department of Revenue. Rough answers are fine.
We explain how we’d catch you up
The order the work would be done in, starting with anything that has a deadline, and which records we’d need from you.
And how you’d stay caught up
Once you’re current, optional monthly bookkeeping with the same team keeps the books up to date, so next year starts from clean numbers.
What happens after the call?
You get a written proposal with a fixed price, and then you decide. No work starts, and nothing is charged, until you approve it.
A written, fixed-price proposal
It lists each year and filing in the agreed scope, the fixed price, the payment terms and the records we’ll need. Timing depends mostly on how many years are behind and how quickly the records come in. Anything with a deadline, such as the reply date on a letter or a lender’s closing date, is scheduled first, and your proposal sets out the timeline for your file before you approve anything.
You decide
Read it, ask anything you like, then decide. There’s no obligation, and saying no costs nothing.
Work begins
The books are rebuilt for each open year, oldest first, and the returns follow in the same order. Your federal and Florida business returns are reviewed, signed and filed by independent U.S. tax professionals after you approve them: e-filed wherever the IRS accepts it, and on paper for older years. Their name and IRS preparer tax ID (PTIN) appear on every return they sign.
What should you bring?
Whatever you can find in a few minutes. The call runs on what you know, not on paperwork.
- A rough list of which years and filings are behind
- Any letter from the IRS or the Florida Department of Revenue, and the deadline on it
- The last business tax return that was filed, if you have it
- Which bank and credit card accounts the business used
- Whether the company runs payroll or pays contractors
- Where the books were kept, if anywhere: QuickBooks Online, Xero or a spreadsheet
What will it cost?
Catch-up projects start at US$2,500 per year. The package for a year covers the rebuilt books and that year’s federal corporate return, plus the Florida F-1120 where it’s required and in scope. Each outstanding year is priced on its own revenue and activity, and your free call and written quote confirm each year individually.
The lowest starting price fits a simple, low-volume active company: under US$100,000 in annual revenue, up to 50 bank and card transactions a month on average, up to two bank or card accounts, statements available, and no substantial payroll, sales-tax or inventory reconstruction. If payroll, sales tax or other filings are also behind, we’ll include the agreed work in your written quote.
Afterwards, monthly bookkeeping is optional, from US$349 a month. The call is free, and your quote is fixed in writing before you pay anything. All prices in U.S. dollars.
Taxes, penalties, interest and government fees (such as Sunbiz fees) are separate: your company pays them directly.

Book my free 15-minute call Already booked? How to prepare for your callIs the call really free?
Yes. It costs nothing, needs no card, and there’s no obligation to hire us afterwards. You’ll spend 15 minutes with a member of our catch-up team.
Who will I talk to?
You’ll talk with a member of our catch-up team. They’ll ask what’s behind, explain the order the work would be done in and the records it would need, and tell you what happens next.
Do my records need to be organized before the call?
No. Rough answers are fine, and most books are rebuilt from bank and card statements, so there’s no need to sort receipts first. Missing records are common and usually workable.
What if a letter has a deadline?
Put the date on the form, and it goes first. The form asks about letters from the IRS or the Florida Department of Revenue and has a space for the deadline. If the date is only days away, say so as soon as our team contacts you.
Is the free call a tax assessment?
No. It’s a conversation about what’s behind and how to fix it. Nothing is filed, and nothing is sent to the IRS or the State of Florida because of the call. Nothing is ever filed without your signature.
When can the call happen?
Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern. Choose morning, afternoon or late day on the form, and our team contacts you to set a time.
