Before your call

Watch the welcome video.

Brian explains how the call works and what happens after it, so you know exactly what to expect when we speak.

Brian Catibog, founder of Cayde, recording a welcome video.

A short welcome from our founder, Brian Catibog.

On the call

  1. You tell us what’s outstanding

Which years and filings are behind (T2, GST/HST, payroll, the books) and any letters CRA has sent. Rough answers are fine.

  2. We explain how we’d catch you up

The approach, the order we’d work in, and which records we’d need from you.

  3. And how you’d stay caught up

What keeps the backlog from coming back once you’re current, from monthly bookkeeping to filings on schedule.

You have a really great team of people who really seem to care.

Bring what you have. You don’t need everything.

  • What you know is outstanding: roughly which years and filings are behind
  • Any CRA letters, notices or deadlines
  • Your last filed corporate tax return, if you have it
  • Whatever bank and credit card statements you can get to
  • Access to your bookkeeping software, if you use one
Don’t postpone the call because something is missing. The assessment works with whatever you have. If CRA has given you a deadline, call (431) 489-2571 before your appointment so it can be prioritized.

After the call

  1. A written proposal

The scope, price, terms, the records we’ll need and a timeline.

  2. You decide

There’s no obligation, and nothing starts without your written approval.

  3. Work begins

Once you approve the proposal, with a 50% deposit.

Catch-ups are priced per year outstanding: typically $2,000 a year for an active corporation, and from $750 for a year with no activity, before tax.
